Delivery and Collection


 
We offer In-Store Collection (Click and Collect), Australia-Wide Post and Courier Services for standard items, and special consideration for Big and Bulky/Furniture items quoted according to your requirements. 
Making an Order
Once you have submitted your order via our website checkout, we will notify you by email you when your order is ready for collection.
Payment made via our website check-out will not be processed until your order has been prepared and ready for collection or dispatch. 
Please note that some products will not allow you to check-out as they will require a custom quote for delivery costs and may not be available in-store. Where this is the case, please use the enquiry form or ADD TO QUOTE function (this is useful for multiple items). Once we receive your quote request, we will provide an email with your custom delivery quote and a link to checkout with delivery cost included. 
Stock quantities advertised on our website are updated "live" as in-store and online orders are processed. Should there be any issues with stock availability we will contact you immediately. 
 

In-Store Collection
Click and Collect

There is no extra cost for In-Store Collection. 
 
Shop online, check-out and select "In-Store Pickup". 
Click and Collect within 1 hour is available, or simply let us know if you want to collect at a later day/time. Payment can be made via check-out or in-store at time of collection.  
Make payment online and then collect in-store. Collection is available within 1 hour (during business hours - please collect before closing time). Should you wish to delay collection to the next day etc, please just let us know by sending us a message. Please check our Facebook for any variation of our usual business hours.
Gift Certificates are only sent via Email. 
If an item is IN-STORE NOW you can collect in-store OR request a quote for Australia-Wide shipping services if it is not calculated at checkout as a standard item. 

Local Delivery Services

For big and bulky items stocked in-store at Wangi Wangi; if you are unable to collect big and bulky items in-store, we can recommend a local trusted specialist removalist who can deliver the items to your home. Cost will be based on your location and size of items and charges for this service is arranged and paid directly with the service provider. 

Australia-Wide Services

Some items featured on our website require shipping direct from our partner warehouse to your home or office. The cost of shipping is based on your suburb and the weight of the item/s you wish to purchase.

Requesting a quote is simple; 
1. Add all the items you wish to purchase to this quote page (Click ADD TO QUOTE) and in the message box let us know the SUBURB you would like your items delivered to. Alternatively contact us via the enquiry form on the product page. 
2. Your Quote will be emailed to you.
Note: If you add additional items after submitting your quote request, this will require a re-calculation of the shipping quote. Please get back in touch with us if you wish to add additional items.

Important Information: 
  • Some of our items are available for collection from our store in Wangi Wangi NSW, while other items are shipped from our partner warehouses in Sydney NSW, Melbourne VIC and Brisbane QLD. 
  • Your purchases are always in safe hands and tracking numbers are provided to ensure a smooth delivery to your home or office. 
  • If you select multiple items, wherever possible we will package your items in a way that reduces your shipping costs. Some items may need to be sent separately if stock is not all held in the same location or if stock is on backorder. 
  • Please allow us some time (usually 1-2 business days) to gather the best price and options for you; we usually offer shipping with Australia Post, Allied Express or Direct Freight and other trusted shipping agents. A tracking code will be provided once your order is dispatched and collected by the shipping agent. 
  • Our stock availability is monitored closely and updated regularly on our website, however sometimes items may become unavailable and we reserve the right to advise you via email should an item become unavailable. This can happen during busy periods and for items on sale. Thank you for your understanding.  
  • We will contact you by email with your personalised quotation. If you accept our shipping quotation you can checkout via the link on the quotation. We will be in touch with you throughout the ordering process and we can contact you by phone, SMS/Text or Email to ensure your order is delivered to your requirements. 
  • You can change your mind after ordering and prior to dispatch with the peace of mind knowing your order will be cancelled with a full refund.
  • We recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order, as once an Item is dispatched we cannot cancel your order. You can return your item by following our Refund Policy.  
  • Please note that your order may be delivered by one delivery driver. Depending on the size of the item, you may need to make your own arrangements to move the item/s into place, we can discuss your delivery requirements with a scheduled phone call or by email. 
  • Your delivery does not include moving your items into place, installation or removing any packaging waste. 
  • Please note that collection from our warehouse is not available. 
  • If you wish to delay your delivery please contact us prior to dispatch of your order, with more information about your delivery requirements.
