Important Information:

Some of our items are available for collection from our store in Wangi Wangi NSW, while other items are shipped from our partner warehouses in Sydney NSW, Melbourne VIC and Brisbane QLD.

Your purchases are always in safe hands and tracking numbers are provided to ensure a smooth delivery to your home or office.
- If you select multiple items, wherever possible we will package your items in a way that reduces your shipping costs. Some items may need to be sent separately if stock is not all held in the same location or if stock is on backorder.
- Please allow us some time (usually 1-2 business days) to gather the best price and options for you; we usually offer shipping with Australia Post, Allied Express or Direct Freight and other trusted shipping agents. A tracking code will be provided once your order is dispatched and collected by the shipping agent.
- Our stock availability is monitored closely and updated regularly on our website, however sometimes items may become unavailable and we reserve the right to advise you via email should an item become unavailable. This can happen during busy periods and for items on sale. Thank you for your understanding.
- We will contact you by email with your personalised quotation. If you accept our shipping quotation you can checkout via the link on the quotation. We will be in touch with you throughout the ordering process and we can contact you by phone, SMS/Text or Email to ensure your order is delivered to your requirements.
- You can change your mind after ordering and prior to dispatch with the peace of mind knowing your order will be cancelled with a full refund.
- We recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order, as once an Item is dispatched we cannot cancel your order. You can return your item by following our Refund Policy.
- Please note that your order may be delivered by one delivery driver. Depending on the size of the item, you may need to make your own arrangements to move the item/s into place, we can discuss your delivery requirements with a scheduled phone call or by email.
- Your delivery does not include moving your items into place, installation or removing any packaging waste.
- Please note that collection from our warehouse is not available.
