1. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Coverage Period: 12 months from date of delivery. 

What's Covered:
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
Structural defects that affect normal use
Defects that occur under normal domestic use conditions

What's NOT Covered:
Normal wear and tear
Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
Damage from improper installation, storage, or failure to follow care instructions
Discolouration or fading from excessive sunlight or heat exposure
Pilling from normal daily use
Products used for commercial purposes
Damage occurring after warranty period expires
Products purchased from unauthorised retailers
Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
Products modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorised parties

2. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC WARRANTY TERMS

Fabric & Textile Products:
Excludes shrinkage within industry-standard tolerances (up to 5%)
Excludes colour bleeding when care instructions are not followed
Excludes fabric-specific wear including snags, pulls, or texture changes from normal use
Excludes pet damage or staining

Electronic Products:
12-month warranty on electronic components and functionality
Excludes damage from power surges, improper voltage, or electrical issues
Excludes battery degradation (batteries covered for 90 days)
Software/firmware issues covered only if affecting core functionality

Outdoor Products:
Weather resistance limited to normal Australian climate conditions
Excludes damage from extreme weather events (storms, hail, flooding)
Excludes UV degradation beyond 12 months
Excludes salt air corrosion in coastal environments

Assembly Required Products:
Customer responsible for assembly errors or damage during assembly
Warranty covers manufacturing defects in components only
Professional assembly recommended for complex items
Assembly instructions must be followed exactly

3. COMMERCIAL USE EXCLUSIONS

Bulk Purchases:
Products purchased in quantities exceeding normal domestic use (more than 3 units of the same item) are excluded from this warranty and subject to separate commercial terms.

Commercial Use:
Any use in commercial, retail, hospitality, or business environments voids this warranty.

4. ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE EXCLUSIONS

Warranty excludes damage from:
Extreme temperatures outside normal domestic ranges
Excessive humidity or moisture
Chemical exposure or harsh cleaning products
Pet damage or accidents
Environmental conditions outside normal domestic use

6. SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS

Defective Products:
We cover return shipping costs for verified warranty claims
Non-Warranty Claims: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Replacement Shipping: We cover shipping costs for warranty replacements within Australia

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our warranty liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.

We are not liable for:
Consequential or incidental damages
Loss of use, time, or inconvenience
Installation or removal costs
Damage to other property
Assembly or disassembly costs

8. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures in warranty service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

9. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW RIGHTS

Important: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

For Major Failures:
Cancel your contract and receive a refund
Choose between refund or replacement
Compensation for reduced value
For Non-Major Failures:
Reasonable time for repair
Refund if repair cannot be completed in reasonable time

10. INSTALLATION & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Safety Requirements:

11. THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
