When to expect your order:

Small items: If ordered by 5pm on the cut-off date, we expect your order to be available in-store for collection or dispatched between and .

Large or bulky items: Some large/bulky items may not be available for delivery in your area, please contact to confirm delivery options available.

Some items can be dispatched directly from the warehouse and will typically leaves the warehouse within 2–7 days. NOTE: No cut-off date applies for large or bulky items, however we will need to provide a quote for shipping.

Pre-orders are processed on the last day of each month—ideal for non-urgent orders. Please check the order cut-off and delivery information. Pre-order cut-off date:
• By 5pm on the last day of each month.

• Orders placed after the cut-off date will be queued for the next cycle.
• Orders will be manually confirmed for stock availability. Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation of product availability and be notified of any issues for consideration.
• Allow additional days for shipping after in-store arrival.
• Review product details before ordering.
• If the item is on back-order we will confirm an ETA before proceeding with your order.
• If the item is discontinued or unavailable your order will be cancelled and you will be notified.


Shipping direct from the warehouse:

    When the Bio Dish Cloths are soiled, they can be popped in your washing machine on a normal cycle, emerging clean, fresh and ready for another round of cleaning. 

    After 3-6 months of hard work, or whenever your your Bio Dish Cloths have outlived their lifespan, simply drop them in your home compost where they can return to the earth from where it came.
