Pre-orders are processed on the last day of each month—ideal for non-urgent orders. Please check the order cut-off and delivery information. Pre-order cut-off date:
• By 5pm on the last day of each month.

• Orders placed after the cut-off date will be queued for the next cycle.
• Orders will be manually confirmed for stock availability. Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation of product availability and be notified of any issues for consideration.
• Allow additional days for shipping after in-store arrival.

• If the item is on back-order we will confirm an ETA before proceeding with your order.
