When to expect your order:

Small items: If ordered by 5pm on the cut-off date, we expect your order to be available in-store for collection or dispatched between and .

Large or bulky items: Some large/bulky items may not be available for delivery in your area, please contact to confirm delivery options available.

Some items can be dispatched directly from the warehouse and will typically leaves the warehouse within 2–7 days. NOTE: No cut-off date applies for large or bulky items, however we will need to provide a quote for shipping.

• Orders placed after the cut-off date will be queued for the next cycle.
• Orders will be manually confirmed for stock availability. Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation of product availability and be notified of any issues for consideration.
• Allow additional days for shipping after in-store arrival.

• If the item is on back-order we will confirm an ETA before proceeding with your order.
