  • Title: Power Station I
Series: Wangi Wangi Power Station Series
    Medium: Acrylic on Stretched Canvas
    Size: 61 × 61  cm (24”x24”)
    Framing: Self Framed

    Artist Statement:

Using the famous Wangi Wangi landmark of the Wangi Power Station, this is one of two artworks that was created with the idea of combining the look of a planning sketch as well as a finished artwork.

I’m always fascinated with artworks that show the bones (the process) of how an artwork comes together. I wanted to get away from static imagery and showcase a building using different views.
