Stock Availability & Dispatch

If an item is in stock in-store you may either collect or we can dispatch immediately. If we do not hold stock in-store, but the item is available in Australia, it can be dispatched immediately with postage costs calculated based on your location and added to your invoice. Please provide your full address to finalise your invoice.

Payment Terms

If the item is in stock, full payment (including postage, if applicable) is required before dispatch or collection.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified about its availability. For out-of-stock items, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order for the next shipment, with the remaining balance due before dispatch or collection.

Shipping Delays

Orders may be delayed due to shipping by boat from Israel. Shipments arrive every 3-4 months, and delays may occur depending on when the order was placed and the cut-off date for the next shipment.

Size & Colour Variations

Please ensure the size is suitable for your space before ordering. Sizes may vary slightly (up to 3%), and colours may appear differently on your screen compared to the actual product.

Care Instructions & Handling

Follow all care instructions provided. Unpacking should be done carefully to avoid damage. Lure Home is not responsible for damage caused by improper unpacking or exposure to harsh conditions like direct sunlight.

Cleaning Instructions:

• Wash the vinyl rug with soap and water on both sides and leave to dry.
• All floor cleaning liquids should do.
• Do not use acid or chlorine.

Special Care:

• Do not drag heavy furniture across the vinyl rug.
• Do not fold the mat; leave it flat or roll it into a roll.
• For indoor use only. Can be used in a shaded patio or balcony.
• Colours may fade in direct sunlight.

NOTE: If an item is not in stock on our website, we will confirm the availability in Australia or if an order from Israel is required.
If stock is held in Australia, dispatch would be available immediately. Postage costs would depend on your location so please provide your suburb as part of your quote request using this form.
If stock is not currently in Australia; we will confirm if stock is in the next shipment due to arrive, or if we need to place an order with the next shipment. Please note that Beija Flor do not ship via air, only by boat and we are at the mercy of shippment delays. We can estimate a shipment is likely to arrive every 3-4 months. Cut-off dates apply to add your orders if stock is not held in Australia.
