    材料：
    紅茶 / シナモン / ジンジャー / カルダモン / クローブ / ブラックペッパー

    治療効果:
    紅茶（カメリアシネンシス）
    紅茶には健康に良い効能がたくさんあります。紅茶に含まれる抗酸化物質はポリフェノールと呼ばれています。ポリフェノールは有毒化学物質による DNA 損傷を防ぐことがわかっています。紅茶に含まれるタンニンには胃の内壁に治療効果があり、消化活動を改善します。紅茶は伝統的にチャイティーのベースとして使われています。

    シナモン（Cinnamomum zeylanicum）
    シナモンは血糖値のバランスを整え、消化管を温めて消化を改善する効果があることが知られています。シナモンに含まれる揮発性オイルには抗菌、抗真菌、抗ウイルス作用があります。シナモンは全身の強壮剤として考えられています。

    ショウガ（Zingiber officinale）
