Dishwashing Liquid Directions: Dispense 1-2 pumps into a sink filled with warm water. Gently scrub dishes with a cloth, sponge, or brush to dislodge grime. Rinse dishes with clean water before drying. Store at room temperature.

Bench Spray Liberally spray on benchtop or desired surface. Wipe with a clean cloth or paper towel to remove grease and grime. Store at room temperature.

Flammable. Keep out of reach of children. For home cleaning use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, rinse with water. If sprayed in eyes, flush with water for 20 minutes and seek medical advice. Do not ingest. In case of ingestion, seek medical advice.

Hand Wash Apply to wet hands, lather, and rinse with water. In case of eye contact, wash out immediately with water. Store at room temperature.

For Gold Service (Weekly), the cut-off will be by 5pm each Wednesday.

Platinum orders are processed on the same day after your order is finalised, so no cut-off applies however we do ask that you complete your order within 24 hours of your invoice being sent to you to ensure your Platinum order is processed without delay. If we do not hear from you after 48 hours after we have sent your invoice, your order may be archived.

The cut-off date that applies to your order will be noted on your invoice. Please ensure you check-out and finalise your order prior to the cut-off time. If you miss the cut-off time, we can add your order to the next order date, however if we do not hear from you within 24 hours, your order will be archived and you will need to re-submit your order request.

We confirm stock availability before sending your invoice or order confirmation. Generally, we feature only products that have recently been in stock in Australia, and we regularly review availability. However, stock status can change without notice. If an item is out of stock, we will give you an estimated restock time.

We only accept pre-orders for products currently in stock in Australia. If your order is accepted and processed, we expect it to be delivered within the timeframe provided at the time of order confirmation. Occasionally, unforeseen issues like courier delays, accidental breakages, or fulfilment errors may arise that could impact the delivery. If any issues occur, we’ll inform you promptly and work with you to find a suitable solution.

While some orders may arrive sooner than expected, others may take a bit longer due to unexpected circumstances. Typically, orders arrive in-store 7-10 days after the cut-off date (Silver/Gold) or order confirmation date (Platinum). If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you immediately. If it is delayed by more than 7 days beyond the original estimated timeframe (provided at order confirmation), we will refund the convenience charge.
