As the Christmas period approaches, please note the following important dates for delivery with Australia Post:

Orders to all Australian states must be placed in time for dispatch by Friday 13th December 2024 to ensure Christmas delivery.

For EXPRESS POST, orders must be placed in time for dispatch by the following cutoff date:

NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA :
Tuesday 17th December 2024
NT, TAS & WA:
Monday 16th December 2024

For international deliveries, please note that the cutoff date is 1st December 2024 (as a general guide) to ensure Christmas delivery.

Important: We encourage you to place your order early during peak times. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments, however we cannot be held responsible for delays by Australia Post or Couriers.

Agreement

I accept that before ordering I must ensure the size is correct for the intended floor space. I accept there may be a deviation of up to 3% in the product size due to the production process. I also accept that there may be slight colour changes between the images on my computer/tablet/phone screen and the actual product.
I also agree to the cleaning and special care instructions.
I understand that if an item is out of stock, I will be notified regarding availability in Australia or if an order needs to be placed from Israel.
I understand that if stock is held in Australia, dispatch will occur immediately, although postage costs will apply and will depend on my location. If stock is not currently in Australia, I understand that Lure Home will confirm whether the item will be included in the next scheduled shipment or if a new order needs to be placed. I acknowledge that Beija Flor only ships by boat and does not offer air shipping, which may result in potential delays. Shipments typically arrive every 3-4 months, and I am aware that cut-off dates apply for adding orders to shipments that are not currently held in Australia.

Cleaning & Special Care

Cleaning Instructions:

Wash the vinyl rug with soap and water on both sides and leave to dry.
All floor cleaning liquids should do.
Do not use acid or chlorine.

Special Care:

Do not drag heavy furniture across the vinyl rug.
Do not fold the mat; leave it flat or roll it into a roll.
For indoor use only. Can be used in a shaded patio or balcony.
Colours may fade in direct sunlight.

Stock Availability

NOTE: If an item is not in stock on our website, we will confirm the availability in Australia or if an order from Israel is required.
If stock is held in Australia, dispatch would be available immediately. Postage costs would depend on your location so please provide your suburb as part of your quote request using this form.
If stock is not currently in Australia; we will confirm if stock is in the next shipment due to arrive, or if we need to place an order with the next shipment. Please note that Beija Flor do not ship via air, only by boat and we are at the mercy of shippment delays. We can estimate a shipment is likely to arrive every 3-4 months.
