Constructed of durable stainless steel it can be used in the oven or across two burners on the stovetop and cooks delicate fish evenly and preserves moisture. It features a perforated rack that encourages easy draining and makes it easier to lift cooked fish out of the poacher without it flaking apart. Poached fish retains its flavour and vitamins, a healthy way of cooking without drying fish out.
